Does the hook and loop material, (Velcro), run the entire length of the belt? Also if it does, which part of the velcro runs the entire length,- the rough hard part or the soft cotton feel part?It does not run the entire part of the belt and has enough velcro on each end for waist adjustment. For full length velcro, please look at the 'Uncle Mikes Ultra Reversible Inner Duty Belt with Hook and Loop Lining'.
