S&W M&P Shield Night Sight Set
The Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Night Sight Set by Trijicon has been designed with tactical shooters in mind, offering five times the nighttime accuracy as more conventional sights. These are three-dot iron sights with lamps capped off with sapphires to both protect the lamps and evenly distribute light. The lamps have are set in protective aluminum cylinders and mounted on shock-resistant silicon cushions for extra protection.
To help with nighttime acquisition, the front sight has an extra tall blade with the aiming point highlighted in photo-luminescent paint. The rear sight is outlined in black, has a wide, U-shape notch and features a hooked front surface for one-handed operation.

Easily installed and they are highly visible day or night. The green-yellow combination can't be beat.
