EP4 Sonic Defenders Plus Filtered Flanged EarplugsThe Surefire EP4 sonic defender earplugs protect your hearing in situations of 85dB or greater, and their triple-flanged design allows for safe and comfortable insertion for larger ear-canals. I have given them a four star rating because I hoped they would have been able to reduce the noise level by more than 24 decibels.
