I have used this light on duty for several months. It has been perfect in all weather and conditions. It fits my insight M3 compatible duty and off-duty holster perfectly. My duty holster for my Glock 23 is a 6280-2832-131 that I got from CopsPlus as well (it does not have the channel for a laser on the TLR-2 models). It works perfectly and was delivered much sooner than expected.

Best WML I've ever owned. Streamlight is top of the line quality. With a super blinding 630 Lumens, this surprisingly does not blind you when using it on duty. I was skeptical on how bright it was, til I played with the TLR-2 HL (same lumens, just with a laser) in my local gun shop, my partner had ordered it. I don't fancy a laser, so I went with the TLR-1 HL. and off duty carry my Glock 17 with my TLR-1 HL concealed appendix carry, with a holster made by Liion Defense. I love this light and would take it over any other one on the market.
