BY05 Byrd Flight Stainless Steel Folding KnifeThe Spyderco BY05 Byrd Flight is a versatile folding knife designed to a rigorous standard of quality. Its all-steel design is highly durable and delivers a reassuring, balanced weight in the hand. The plain-edge blade is made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, which is reinforced with molybdenum and vanadium for improved strength and edge retention. It is also hollow-ground, guaranteeing a razor-sharp edge that takes little effort to maintain. The double-edged tip makes Spyderco's blade effective at piercing. The blade opens easily using Spyderco's trademark, comet-shaped opening hole located towards the base of the blade. Locking mechanisms are partially ground down to prevent accidental release while the knife is in use. The handle is gently curved with finger grooves for a secure and comfortable grip and features both a lanyard hole and a pocket clip that can be reversed for tip-up or tip-down carry options.Item Specs
