The clip-point blade has a unique tiger stripe finish for blending into surroundings and reducing damage to the blade from daily wear. The Trident features a sharp, controllable tip as well as a long, partially-serrated cutting belly for extreme versatility. An Arc-Actuator® opening system rapidly deploys the blade and locks it securely while in use. The knife also feature a safety lock to prevent accidental deployment and prevent injury. A glass-reinforced nylon handle includes Digi-Grip® variable texturing for a secure hold. The handle also incorporates SOG's unique Groove® feature, which allows for easy cutting of fishing line, paracords and similar materials without having to deploy the blade.
