Designed to improve the fit of the original Safarland 567 holster, the novel belt loop creates a customized and more comfortable fit. The placement of the loops causes the holster to ride higher on the hip, allowing for easier draws and preventing firearms from poking the body while in a sitting position. The loop also creates a belt specific fit that securely mounts to 1.5 and 1.75-inch duty belts. My holster originally came with the clip on attachment which I wasnt a fan of so I ordered this to attach my Sig P226 service weapon to my plainclothes duty belt and it allowed me to conceal my weapon way better and did not droop over the top like the clip did.
