Perfect if you like a higher ride. unfortunately though, safariland doesn't offer the leather backing pad for the high ride belt loop.

If your Safariland Mid-ride holster rides to low, than this is the adapter that you need. This adapter quickly replaces the mid-ride belt loop. They even include new screws a spacer and a Allen wrench with the adapter. This new style of adapter is is an improvement over the earlier UBL adapter. I wound buy this again (I have three alread).

Works perfect. I have carried the Safariland 070III since 1999. I just recently changed to the new flip top triple retention that comes in what they called a mid ride. This was a quick and easy fix.

This was a very good investment. As I get older and having issues with my back and hips this allowed me to continue to use my holsters I already have and relieve stress points on my hips. This was a very economical solution. Thinking of buying another as a spare for my other holsters.
