It can be mounted easily without tools, and comes with full installation instructions. The kit contains a 0.15 inch thick Lexan face shield that meets MIL-V-43511C fragmentation requirements and provides a high level of protection against impacts. At the top of the shield, a rubber seal prevents liquids from seeping through onto the wearer's face. Its spacers provide extra room between it and the face, providing room to wear it with a gas mask.
