The shield is constructed from .15-inch thick polycarbonate to deliver the strength needed to deflect incoming projectiles, such as bottles, rocks and other debris. An integrated rubber seal offers added security, preventing liquid breaches that could harm or distract wearers. The shield system hard mounts to pre-drilled military helmets and can be locked into stowed and deployed positions.
