A firm, thermoplastic heel counter cradles the heel to lock the foot into the boot, preventing over-pronation. Custom EVA midsoles offer increased shock absorption to guard against foot fatigue resulting from extended or aggressive use, or can be removed altogether. Designed for tactical wear, the 1151 Classic has been engineered to offer maximum agility. A texon-stability platform and sturdy steel shank provide the tensional rigidity needed for quick directional changes and angled movements.
