Measuring 26 inches long, it is made from durable polycarbonate, allowing it to withstand heavy impact forces without cracking. Its foam grip provides a secure, non-slip hold for secure baton use, even while wearing heavy gloves. It also comes with an LAPD Stop, a non-slip tapered grommet between the shaft and handle that prevents you hand from riding up. The adjustable lanyard can be fastened around your wrist for greater retention, making it more difficult for an assailant to take control of your baton.

Nothing like a wood baton. I would rather have A leather tong that passes through the baton then the little string raped around it. The foam grip and wet and picks apart.
