The restraint network creates a secure, full-restraint system that allows for easy and secure transport of prisoners to and from courtrooms. Made from carbon steel with a wear-resistant nickel finish, the chain can comfortably withstand abuse from daily wear. This updated model features an improved internal locking mechanism that operates smoother than past models and is virtually tamper-proof.
