Mace Pepper Gun Review

The OC super strength pepper spray formula (.74 Capsaicinoids) is contained in a disposable cartridge that can be replaced when empty.
Mace Pepper Gun Review Hi. I'm Danny Hansen for SWAT Magazine and Cops Plus. If all you have is a hammer, everything will look like a nail. Similarly, if all you have is a firearm, everything might look a shooting situation. I'm a big believer in carrying other tools with me. If I don't have to shoot somebody, just verbal commands, possibly pepper spray, the civilian models of tasers have been looked at by a lot of people.
What we're looking at today is the Mace Pepper Gun from Cops Plus. It breaks open like an old-fashioned single shot shotgun: push a lever, and it opens. The Mace Pepper Gun comes complete with this inner training cartridge that's blue. Always good to practice before you have to use anything. It also comes complete with OC spray, or pepper spray. To replace them, simply slide it in and close it. There's an on/off toggle switch at the rear of the unit.
The Mace Pepper Gun has a LED light on it. In testing it, I found you can use it effectively out to only about 15 feet. It's not a real bright light. You can probably tell if it's a bad guy or a good guy, but other brighter lights would probably be better suited for that purpose. Pretty simple, can fit in a pocket, comes complete with a training cartridge, and it's available from Cops Plus.
