Designed for 12 gauge shotguns, the Lyman TacStar Original SideSaddle Shotshell Carrier is a must-have add-on for quick, efficient ammo reloading. Housing six extra rounds directly on the firearm, the carrier is compatible with a variety of tactical reloading techniques. Made of corrosion, heat and chemical-resistant Hytrel® polymer, the shell holder kit includes a lightweight aluminum mounting plate that mounts directly onto the firearm receiver. Lyman's kit includes all necessary mounting screws and full instructions for easy installation. The forend on some field grade shotguns may need modification for proper mounting, but in most cases firearm alterations are not necessary.
