Fitted perfect on gun, locking strap didn't disengage safety lever as my desantis paddle holster does when locking button on strap.

I have a "4th Generation" Glock 19. Will this holster fit the 4th Generation ??Yes it will fit.
What is the belt lock paddle? Does it have some kind of catch that secures it to your inside waistband?Yes, there is a clip on the holster that will secure to your belt.
