The Suppressor frame is designed for use with ear cup hearing protection and over-ear communications equipment without interfering with the seal and letting sound in. The kit also includes a standard Crossbow frame for normal use without ear cups.
Despite the slim temple arms, the glasses are durable enough for tactical wear. The DedBolt Lens Lock system keeps the lenses solidly in place under impact while still allowing for easy changes. The Crossbow lenses themselves are coated to prevent interior fogging and external scratches without creating visual distortions. They also measure 2.4mm thick for additional impact protection.
