Might be the size of the ear piece at times hard to hear really have to adjust to my ear for perfection of hearing.

It is well constructed and sturdier than other ear pieces I have used. It is a little smaller than I expected for a large (Apparently I have rather large ear canals. And it fits loosely compared to two others I have used.). However, it does have the best hearing reception and transmittal from a radio compared to others I have used. I am only giving it 4 stars for the fit. I would still recommend this ear piece to other people.

Not a perfect fit but it works. I may order a size up in the future due to it falling out if I move wrong.

Fits good in the ear and quality sound.
Not sure what size to order. How do you account for the correct size?Small is less than 1" for the concha, Medium is 1", and Large is more than 1".
