Great product. Double duty: I'm using it to relieve sciatic nerve pain by using it as what is called a "pelvic belt." Works beautifully. Also have it for my holster when I need it.

If you want your belt to stay put and stick, stick with the traditional belt stays. This is bulky and the material starts to break down and gets fuzzy. Also speaking of getting fuzzy, this thing tends to pick up fuzz. Been called the fuzz enough without picking up more fuzz. Maybe I should have tried the larger size rather than the medium.

Works if you need it too but its hard to line up and makes the belt feel bulky. I ended up not using it and just using my belt keepers.

Pro's: Light weight and comfortable. Con's: Bianchi could take note from the rigs that competitive shooters use and reverse the current hook and loop setup with the outer belt containing the hooks and the inner belt containing the loops. This setup is better when you have taken your outer belt off. Bottom Line: Not a replacement for belt keepers but an excellent system when paired with a duty belt lined with loops.

Inner belt is thinner then I was used to. Fits great and holds well to my duty belt even without belt keepers.

Looks and feels like great quality but it was too small so I'll be returning for a larger size. I know I'll be satisfied with this belt once I get the correct size. Gave it 5 stars because of quality alone.

I got this for my Bianchi AccuMold Elite 2.25 duty belt and it is excellent. The Velcro is tough and extremely strong. It can however be a pain in the backside to align your duty belt and a inner Velcro belt. You will still need to use belt keeper with the weight of all the equipment, gear, holders, and holsters the Velcro is not enough.
