I've been a Police Officer since 1995. My 24 YOA daughter asked about pepper spray. Sabre Defense stopped making my favorite carry spray - the Spitfire. I went with the Palm Defender because the cone delivery method is more effective, based on a lot of personal experience. The Palm Defender can also be used as an impact tool of she's too close to spray. She and I did some spray and impact training when it came in. Unfortunately, neither of the inert test spray inserts that I bought actually worked. Fortunately, the liver spray did. It is HOT.
