These UV-absorbing goggles and face shield are specially designed to eliminate the risk of damage to the eyes, eliminate "blue haze" normally associated with the shorter wavelengths, and improve contrast between the fluorescent area and the background. The goggles and face shield provide maximum protection from exposure to extended or high intensity UV sources, and meet ANSI specification Z87.1 for safety eye wear and OSHA standard 1910.133 for eye and face protection. The face shield is recommended for those persons using short wavelength lamps due to the extra skin hazard involved. Both the goggles and the face shield fit over eyeglasses comfortably.
