A reversible ANSI III- rated parka, the 511 3-in-1 High-Vis features 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective tape and all of the standard 3-in-1 features. The back of the jacket may be imprinted with agency or departmental ID. The outer shell is constructed from the 511 High Performance waterproof/breathable system and its removable inner fleece jacket adds warmth, or can be worn on its own. The inner fleece liner can be worn separately and includes 5.11's patented document chest pockets and is wind resistant. Fleece-lined handwarmer pockets and a removable hood round out this outerwear staple. Side zippers allow access to your duty belt.
