The Specialist jacket features a removable, wind-resistant fleece liner with clean lines. It stays warm when wet, doesn’t absorb water and won’t pill. Nylon panels add durability and a knit collar and cuffs help keep the heat in and the wind out. Both the shell and the fleece include sleeve pockets. The 511 Specialist Jacket comes with an ANSI/ISEA 207-2006 traffic vest – a $30 value – that can be stored in the rear pocket.
