The Foam grip is hard, and is streamlined with the baton. The Super grip is thicker, and is more of a handle that goes over the end of the baton. It is of a rubber-like material and has vertical lines. It will fit in the same holders as the Foam grip, but it will be tighter in the holder because of the thicker grip.
