Billed as "The World's Fastest Gun Bore Cleaner", the Boresnake's simple design and machine washable, one-piece nylon/brass construction make it extremely easy to use. The brass weight and cleaning cord slip easily through the barrel, providing hand-hold to pull Boresnake through the bore. The first floss area removes foreign particles prior to the scrubbing action of the brush. A bore brush with bronze bristles is embedded in the next stage of the Boresnake, which loosens hard deposits. The main floss area provides significantly more surface area than a patch. This final cleaning surface pulls foreign deposits and residue from the gun bore.
