The Blackie Collins design 911 1st Response Rescue Knife features 440 stainless serrated edge liner locking blade with screwdriver tip and thumb stud opener. The Handle is Grilon, a fiberglass reinforced Zytel-type material. There is also a powerful spring loaded striker for shattering glass in the handle.
