These black Hiatts Handcuffs have 19 locking positions and a standard double locking mechanism. Reinforced steel swivels on chain handcuffs and heavy-duty rivets make Hiatt handcuffs rugged enough for duty service. Each set of handcuffs is serial numbered and is provided with two standard keys.
