This version of the Blackhawk Omega vest has eight (8) utility pouches to carry a wide assortment of medical gear. Two of which are large enough to carry a 1,000 ml. IV bag, etc. Wt: 2 lbs 5 oz.

-BTS webbing on the back fits any BlackHawk pouch with A.L.I.C.E. Clips or Duty Belt loop wrap around system
