Have a badge that you want made into a gold or silver charm?
Simply provide us with a clear photo and description of the badge and we'll create it.
The photo should be clear, and if possible enlarged to show detail.
If you have a scanner, you can scan the badge and email it to us.
Also provide us with as much of the following information as possible.
- Your Name, Address and Telephone Number
- The State where the badge is from
- The Police Department or Agency Name
- Rank if applicable (Officer, Sergeant, etc.)
- Desired Badge Number
